These terms govern your use of the FindProly app. By creating an account or using FindProly, you agree to them. Please read them carefully.

What FindProly is

FindProly is a marketplace that connects customers who need local services with independent professionals who offer them. FindProly is not the employer of any professional on the platform, and professionals are not employees, agents, or partners of FindProly — they are independent businesses who set their own prices and choose their own service areas.

Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old to use FindProly.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for keeping your login secure.
Professionals are responsible for holding any license, permit, or insurance required for the work they offer.

Posting and quoting on jobs

Customers agree to describe jobs accurately, including location, scope, and timing.
A request can be edited or cancelled from the app before a professional's quote is accepted.
Professionals agree to quote in good faith and to honor a quote once a customer accepts it.

Payments and fees

Payments are processed through Stripe (US) or Razorpay (India), depending on your country.
Funds for a job are held until the work is confirmed complete, then released to the professional.
FindProly may charge a service fee on a booking. Any fee is shown in the app before you confirm.
Professionals are responsible for their own taxes on income earned through FindProly.

Cancellations and refunds

Customers can cancel a request before a quote is accepted and before payment at no charge. Once a job is underway, cancellation and refund terms are shown in the app and may depend on the work already completed. If something goes wrong with a job, contact support@findproly.com and we'll help sort it out.

Reviews and conduct

Reviews should reflect a genuine experience with a job. We may remove reviews or content that are fraudulent, abusive, or violate these terms. We may suspend or remove an account that engages in fraud, harassment, unsafe behavior, or repeated policy violations.

Disclaimers

FindProly facilitates the connection between customers and professionals but does not perform the work itself. We do our best to verify professional accounts, but we don't guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the services provided. FindProly is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, FindProly is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or from services performed by a professional. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount of fees you paid to FindProly in the six months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where your account is registered — the United States or India — without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll let you know in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use FindProly after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
